Weight is going down again and I'm good with that. :)

I came across a thread yesterday on books people have read that had an impact on their lives, one of them mentioned was "Younger Next Year". I started reading it yesterday, so far it's an excellent read and goes right along with what I've been learning about the importance of eating correctly but also the effects of regular exercise and it's importance as we age. Looking forward to completing the book and also implementing a more complete exercise routine.
219.7 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bill - the book was your recommendation, thanks. I'm happy to be on the downward trend again. I'd like to get to 216 by Thursday morning, doable if I work hard.

I put the book on my wish list. Now reading Harvard Medical report on mobility. Came with an offer of 25 percent off any report so I'm also getting the one on strength training.

Glad your back on track again. Been off the grid for the last couple of weeks campaigning for a Trustee position on our Homeowners Board and preparing the house for winter and the holidays. That sounds like a good book, I got to see if it's on Kindle. Shoot for 215 by Thursday so you can have an extra turkey leg :)

Chillie/Chris, the book on available on the Kindle. I signed up for a free trial of Kindle Unlimited so for now it's a free read for me, unless I decide to continue the 30 day trial. They also have a re-write of the book for women, I'm encouraging my wife to read it, it'd be great to be partners in this with her.
