Ok, I only lost 2 lbs so I'm back on the track! Although, I didn't lose much as I would like have but I'm still happy!

I'm going to work harder next week. Especially put more effort in the exercise because I didn't really work out hard the past week and took it easy as I've been out of shape for about a month.

I look forward to the more results! My goal is to weigh at least 120 lbs before I go to Hawaii in October. Yeah baby!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2 lbs is great...way to go! You are doing awesome and I believe that you will make it down to the 120's by of luck! Exercise totally helps and I am with you, I need to try harder on that part, but we are doing something and that is what matters! Thanks for the compliment, yes it is me and my hubby! Only 2 lbs??!! Tha is a wopnderful loss for a week, congrats! You will definitely reach that goal!
