Well I haven't lost much more weight. I don't get it!!!! I was losing a lb. a day then BAM nothing. I'm going to stick with the introduction part of the diet a little longer. (it's been a mon. so far) I'm hoping that I'll wake up soon and be a couple lbs lighter:)))) Any tips or advice are welcome. Anyone else had this happen???

173.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Jess! Don't get discouraged. The body is not going to steadily lose without some plateaus (sp?) in there. As long as you are following the diet with no cheating the weight will come off. I know some folks who say well this one cookie won't hurt, and they don't realize that those cheats can set you back a few days because it switches you body out of ketosis in order to deal with the sugar. Stick to the plan and you will do great.

You can't predict how your body will lose. You also won't lose every day. The initial loss is water than you start losing some fat. It takes time. Just keep going and you will be fine.
