Yesterday was an okay day. I worked 12 hours. I am not sure why my weight trend is moving in the wrong direction, but I'll give it a few more days before I make any major adjustments. Today, I am back to my workout...getting ready to do, 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weights.

Body Fat% - 26.2
Muscle Mass% - 40.8
Body Water% - 56.2
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs
139.0 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You'll be fine! Maybe watch the higher sodium foods for a week or two and see if it makes a difference. FS can show you your daily sodium count - try to shoot for under 2400. That's a tip a fellow FS buddy gave me in the beginning and it seems to have made a difference for me!

I adjuted my calendar to monitor Sodium intake and I am consistently over 2400 [I was only under 2400 once in the last 2 weeks], so I will definetly work on that and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the tip!
