Weighloss rollercoaster ride!! Up down, loop-de-loop!! Back down to 246 today!! Just in time for a long weekend at my Mom's. My step-sister and her family will be visiting them tomorrow too! So Jules will have 3 other little girls to play with. :) Hubby's birthday is on Monday, and he has the day off from work! Woot!

Doing a day pass at each gym next week and Choosing between the two. I'll probably do Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday. Not sure if we're going to get home on Sunday or Monday. Just going to play it by ear.

Packing this morning, leaving at lunchtime, or just after! Hoping to come back from the weekend still at 246 or a little lower. :)

Thank you Dawn!! :D I'm very proud of my 61.5lbs! But still celebrate each little accomplishment! Also I'll usually drop 2-3lbs, then the next morning be up 1-2 lbs again and slowly drop back down. It's just the pattern of it for me. Very much like a roller coaster ride. Excited about the new low, yelling for joy when I shrink a size in clothes, all the anticipation of getting just a little closer to my goal. ^.^ Occasionally I stall, and get a bit discouraged, but I work through it, and push to for a lower scale number or smaller measurements. Really makes me appreciate the losses more when I have to push harder to get them. Have a Great day Dawn and a Wonderful weekend!! :D

You sound just like me with the flucuations. At first I was like...OMG but then i realized it just must be what my body does. I DO get a little worried when it doesn't go back down for days though. You are so right about really appreciating the losses...even if it's just a lb. I can't wait till I'm able to say I'm 61.5 down! I bet by then YOU will be at or close to your goal! =) You only have 46 to go! THAT is so great!

I'm a scale addict Dawn. lol. I weigh 2-3 times a day. When I first got it I weighed more often. Then figured out the daily pattern for my body. Even though I weigh 246 this morning. Last night I was 249. I dropped 4lbs over night in water and do so about every day. I'm eatting right, getting a good bit of exercise in. Though most of it just doing housework and playing with my 2yr old. I did get some what I'll term kickboxing in last night while watching tv, but it was only 20mins, then like 10mins of a cool down and stretching before bed. Also read one of Ky8k's posts on her blog last night about monthly fluctuations made alot of sense. I just take it one day at a time Dawn. I took 2 months off and maintained after my hubby came home. Then battled foot issues for a few months. Just have to keep coming back and not let anything stand in your way.

I was/am? a scale addict. I used to weigh myself like 5 times a day. I now only do it in the morning. I'm going to try to do it every other day starting next week. The flucuations sometimes messes with my head. I really need to only weigh once a week. I'm working myself up to that. I read her blog too and follow her on FB so I will read that post. It sounds interesting. =) Hope all is better with your foot! It's nice to hear others stories and know that it CAN be done. =)

The scale doesn't bother me, it's just numbers and over the course of a month, they generally move down. ^.^ My foot is mostly better, still have a lump of scar tissue that should go away over the next 3 months, but at least it doesn't cause any pain, soreness, or tingly toe feelings. lol. I read alot of other's journals and posts who have lost weight before me. Ky8k's are Awesome. ^.^ I also love the Before and After pics forum. Lots of inspiration there!
