Good Monday morning...is it already Monday???? Ugh...yes it is!! I woke up so tired this morning. I really did not want to come in today. I woke up to a nice lightning storm and that just makes me want to go right back to sleep. I have 2 new students coming to my class tonight. I'm pretty excited at how fast my class is growing. I'm hoping to get many more students. I about killed 2 ladies that came on Thursday. They really enjoyed the class though and they said they'd be back this week.
I went to see that movie "District 9". Everyone's been raving about it. I'm not saying I didn't like it, but I don't get the excitement about it. Don't get me wrong, the special effects were great, but the ending left it open for a second one. Sometimes I don't like that b/c you feel like you've been left hanging. I like a sense of closure at the end of a movie.
Ok, now that my rant is over ;), I'll just wish you all a great day!!

I know, Monday, Monday, where do our days off go? My friend saw District 9 and she wasn't that impressed either. Julie & Julia is a good one though!

Jaden- what classes do you teach? I love it when my instructors work the class hard. That's why I'm there! I take Aqua Aerobics 5x/week and a Step/Sculpt class 1x/week. I personally loved District 9. I thought it harkened back to old school science fiction, with its focus on the story and the characters. I really liked how the effects were simply part of the scenery and not over the top extravagant like Transformers. But I'm a sci-fi geek. I do want to check out Julie & Julia, maybe this week.

I teach a women's MMA fitness class. I incorporate boxing, ground and pound, muay thai, circuit training, weights, and yoga. I just love those workouts!! Jan

i sure do miss you buddy! just had a quick secod to check in on you!! as usual, YOU MAKE ME PROUD!! i'll be regular on here again now that most of my visitors are gone...so it's back to bootcamp!
