Tomorrow will be my fast day. Messed up and had a bulletproof coffee before I remembered... yeah right.

Stable weight (stupid scale) 3 days running now. I remember this whole routine. I'll expect a drop either tomorrow or Monday.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
