Looks bad but it was worse. No excuses, I know what to do, just need to buckle down and do it.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks Sherrie. I need to reverse my gaining trend of the past 3 weeks. Dangerous territory to be in with the holidays coming up. It seems silly but since Halloween I've just been weak with willpower, then once give in to eating sugar or stuff with lots of simple carbs it's like it takes over my brain.

Thanks my friends. Deb, yes I'm still walking most days unless weather doesn't permit, those days I usually ride the exercise bike.
