Okay, breakfast in. Here's the plan. 2 days eating at 2200, then 24 hour fast, supper to supper on Saturday. 36 hours had me tossing and turning all night. Better to get a good nights sleep. Quite pleased with how it went in general. Down we go?
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

10 - 12 % body fat is the goal. That should be around 170. Right now I'm sitting at 17%. That's as fat as the average college student. That simply will not do!
