Yes! The 190 barrier is broken!

One of the keys for me is to avoid "grazing" in the kitchen, particularly at night. So if I have things to do in the evening, ideally things not related to eating and drinking, then I won't graze and I'll lose weight.

Yesterday: Oatmeal for breakfast
Cheese stick for snack
Beef stew (very few of the carbs) for lunch
Cheese for snack
Leftover beef stew for dinner
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

One thing I do when I find myself aimlessly wandering through the kitchen at night is fill up a water bottle and *chug* it. It totally fills my stomach and I usually don't feel like grabbing a handful of peanuts or whatever.
