Happy Friday Everyone!

Goal.

Oddly enough, when I first woke this AM, jumped on scale and it read 149. But ... I typically measure after a glass of water, a cup of coffee, and BM (pardon). So, did the typical ... and luckily, still came out ok right on my goal number. But - it is amazing what water, etc. will do in a matter of minutes. Still - could not be more happy.

Weights and Measures all good - actually added to chest (goal was to always maintain), lost some around navel(1/8"?), and BF is ridiculous, which means I need to find another caliper system that measures more than 3 sites. No way I am 8% based on pictures I have seen. So i'd conservatively call me 12%? But - they are all just numbers.

And this feels like the beginning of another journey.

Past 150.

Because I know I can. This is, for now, what I want to consider my ceiling for the balance of my life. I really don't want to consider going above it - ever. Now, I am trying to find out the floor.

I am extremely pleased with my appearance - fit, thin. I am extremely pleased with the clothing changes, etc. I am extremely pleased with my dietary understanding this go round and my physical fitness level at 46 years old. Onward and "downward" though. I won't change my target weight any more. Took too many years for me just to get here. I am a little exhausted chasing that line.

I (we all) deserve to sit back, relax, and be proud of our accomplishments. I intend to do this.

"Rust Never Sleeps" ... says Neil ... neither does fat. And, in this effort, it is "better to burn out than to fade away" ... so I keep pressing on harder.

Got a flu shot yesterday in my right shoulder - see if it bothers me at gym today.

That being said, today's workout:
Swiss Ball Mtn Climbers
Chin and Pull Ups
Hanging Leg Lifts
Barbell Clean and Press to Overhead Squat
Weighted Box Jumps
Bench Press
Cable Rows
One Legged Reverse DB Fly on Bosu Ball
Cable Work while Planking
Dips with Knee Raises
Sprints - then Cardio

More workouts this weekend - and a lot of hand wringing as I work on a take home exam for statistical analysis. Ugh. ;)

Have a great weekend everyone!

Ha! Thanks Jim! Yeah ... wow. These things are just numbers until you live it for 4 years chasing the number ... then ... it's a little surreal. And then you realize, well, this doesn't have to stop. Thank you again for your support!

hey thanks, JDbowler ... and definitely big thanks to you, Bill (DL) ... without the reminder reference to the MIT simulator, it is a great measuring tool. Everyone should look at it. It is definitely all about calories in/calories out, and the overall daily average.

thank you Jones Jennifer. We should all be proud. and yeah, i am doing the happy dance. been feeling great all day. Northernmusician, scooby is great - and he is using the same three site skinfold caliper i use. when i got it, some years ago, i used that video to help me do the bf%. rewatching it just now made me think i need to go a little deeper in the grab in order to get a different number. bet it will come to 13-14 instead of 6-8%. thanks for reminding!
