Weight down by a pound this morning, PTL! On target for average daily calories for the week between 1,550 and 1,650. So happy I found out that the creme brulee isn't as many calories as I have been counting for it! The little containers my daughter makes it in are 5oz. But, they are only a little more than half full. I tared out the container and weighed it last night, and it was only 79g - 204 calories instead of the 310 I have been deducting! Hooray!!!

Got in 1.25 miles yesterday - not quite the 1.5 I'm hoping to increase to. Had a very productive day yesterday. Got ALL the vacuuming done for next Wednesday's party, put the leaves in the table, re-arranged the chairs and benches, wrapped the gifts. Today I'll continue on my Party To Do list!

My little grandson asks me every time he sees me when he can come over again. He's gotten used to me taking him on some Halloween activity each Saturday for the past three weeks. He's counting the days until Saturday so he can come back over, but he thinks I'm supposed to take him to a park or something. It is going to be 80 degrees tomorrow! I don't do heat. But, maybe I'll try to get him early and do the park before it gets miserable. Gives me a chance to see how this nighttime antiperspirant is working. I don't have a problem with body odor - just excessive sweating under my breasts, belly and in the creases of my groin. I've been miserable with it for years, and often get chaffed in those areas. Been diligently taking care of them twice a day for two weeks and am seeing a little difference.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
