Feeling good. Back on track. Yesterday was first lifting day in two weeks. 10 pounds by mid December is the goal. That's down 10 pounds, not 10 pounds.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 October 2014:
2097 kcal Fat: 103.24g | Prot: 132.63g | Carb: 154.16g.   Breakfast: Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, British Columbia spartan apple, Egg, Cheddar Cheese. Lunch: Butter, Spaghetti, Pork Chop, Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Cream Cheese, Ciabatta, Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Raspberries, Mayonnaise, Egg, British Columbia spartan apple, Cheddar Cheese. more...

Musician I'm glad that you're happy to see me! I didn't actually leave as I still was in touch minimally thru PM & some journals but not like I really wanted or needed to be. It feels good to chat with you & all the buddies again :) And, thank you for the compliment on my avatar....*I* love it too :) That fat self is being shed little by little every day! Why don't you read my Journal of Octobers Review & see if you can help me out with any of Novembers Goals? :)

Mya. The losses you have had over the month of October are very respectable. I wouldn't change it up until what you've been doing quits working. How's that for bailing? :)

Musician- I was referring to the goal of *understanding* the "diet" you & Bill are doing. As for changing things up? Nope, I posted that as I benefited so well with Oct's focus I was continuing it into Nov. :) But anyway.......I got a book that I'm thinking will explain in terms that I can grasp,or at least that's my hope.Bail if you want to Music Man but tell me one thing..... Must one be a "geek" to get it?! ;>
