Dukan Day 16

Disaster-147 lbs!

GAined 3 lbs in 2 days. Now that's the me I know.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

haha! Okay I almost fell completely off the wagon. Decided to eat pizza and then didn't! Had grilled shrimp and dry salad instead. I am drinking a "chet" load of water too. Argh!

oh gosh. idk. cheater on the sake. lol swap to vodka water OR hot sake, thats what I order at a sushi joint. Not that its better but its 'cooler' to sip warm sake haha

I say keep your cals mid to lower but eat that pasta again. For some reason I swear on pasta after low cal days.

no soy sauce-funny it's "cooler" here to drink cold sake. Three of us shared a 20 oz bottle. I would LOVE to have pasta but am so scared to do it...I hate this diet paralysis-obsessing over every minutae
