Moving right along. Looks like my body has readjusted to working nights again (always takes a little while). I did drop my calories to 1400 a day or two ago and I will see if that works out well this time since last time I tried I gained weight.

For the past year I have been recording my food with fitbit but now as I start to separate myself from all of that I have been recording through fat secret again. Fitbit was solely about the calories, which made it a little easier to add things up, but I do much prefer fatsecret. here you get calories but you also get a full breakdown of where those calories are coming from so you can adjust where needed.

Nice job on the loss and on adjusting to the night shift, that's tough on the body.

I got the EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale, got it on Amazon. I am liking it so far.

Lots of good reviews, nice price.

That's how I decided on that one. Considering the features the price was pretty reasonable.
