Buffy lots of up and down bumps, I average it out over a week and don't worry about those bums.

A year ago, steady would not have made me happy for very long, right now it's perfect. Wherever my weight levels off now is good, still have flab to lose and muscle to improve and keep that way. Goal next summer, still goin' for that bikini!! Grins....66 and lookin decent in a bikini at the lake, yes!!!

You are at your goal !!! YAHOO Deb. If I can hang in there you can...I have to get better at not letting life sabotage workouts. They make me feel so much better. Need to be like dairyking, draglist, and Ruhu and do it!!

Lots of people here have been my inspiration including you. You are so consistent, am trying to follow your consistency in many aspects my life, it's not working yet. :)). May never get there, I can always keep trying.
