Today is my last day on my fat fast. I am so ready for real food, just 24 more hours. I've lost exactly 3 lbs since starting this fast. I have a very distinct memory several years ago. My sister took me to Weight Watchers to try and help me lose weight. I didn't have a scale at home and I was mortified to learn I weighed 204 (200 lbs I thought- plus 4?) And now I am at the cusp of seeing that old enemy once a again but on the way down. I'm super excited. My official big goal is in sight.. 198.. its 7 lbs away.. almost there.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
