Yesterday afternoon, I started trying to eat more fats.
Today is my first day of really getting more fats in all day.
just getting a little more fat yesterday put a small loss today. So I am hopeful that this will help me lose more than one pound a month.
Last night at Red Robin, I ate a hamburger patty with avacado. and drank unsweeten tea.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you like nuts, try macadamia nuts. I had trouble getting my calories and fat up, and these little gems do the trick for me!
