Not a big drop this week, but I'll take it. It's that time of the month for me and I always retain a lot of water. Also today was day 1 of 5 weeks of T25.


Today's Workout:

Day 3 of the 30 Days of Fitness Challenge:
push ups 7
squats 35
crunches 15
lunges 22

Arm jiggle workout, 3 sets of 15 with 5lb weights:
lying dumbbell extension
seated tricep press
tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm)
reverse curl
standing overhead dumbbell press
dumbbell lateral raise

Treadmill 30 minutes, speed 3.3, incline 3.5

‪T25‬ Cardio
217.4 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know I dropped more than .2 of a pound but I got this dang water in my system.

It was developed by Shaun Thompson, and the workouts are 25 minutes long.
