I had a FEAST last night, but never went past my RDI. I had normal breakfast, and a super light lunch, to give room for my dinner. We were BBQing at a friend's house, so I knew there would be plenty of calories. Also, we brought home grown strawberries for strawberry daquiris.

I managed to fit it all in.

Today, I gained 200g - no biggie. It's time for it to rise again, so this is fully expected.

Life is good!
231.5 lb Lost so far: 110.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
