my weight loss is really slowing down even though my exercise is increasing and I am still eating well. I don't know what is wrong with my body, but this is about the time when I say heck with it. I had better get over this plateau soon....I'm really getting depressed over it.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
