I have been lazy for about a month I have not been working out regularly,I'm getting back in it though, the fact is money is tight and I need a pair of sneakers my others one ripped, but I could still work out in my house...so I know there is definitely a factor of laziness.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
