154! Yaaayyyy! I was so happy to see this today! Hopefully I'll end the month out at 150.

&& as a huge plus, my bmi just went into the normal range today.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
