Hooray, weight back down to 25-pound-lost weight this morning, Praise the Lord!

Here's this week's menu: Yesterday, today and tomorrow - pot roast, mashed potatoes & gravy, mushrooms, onions and green beans. Wednesday - country ham biscuits. Thursday - Gorton's Pub-Style Cod with tartar sauce, 1/2 baked potato with cheese, bacon & ranch dressing. Friday - Lasagna. Saturday and Sunday (half of meal each day) - Cracker Barrel Homestyle Chicken, carrots, string beans. Every morning, I have Dave's Killer Good Seed Bread toasted with butter for breakfast. Every night, I have a bowl of Butter Beans, and another slice of toast with butter. Snacks are fresh melon and snack-size candy (1-2/day).

These cold mornings have been throwing me. I've been drinking a cup of hot tea with sugar and heavy whipping cream, and I've had an extra one-half slice of toast with peanut butter on it.

Daily average calories for last week was (were?) 1,515. Pounds lost last week 2.2. Stress level, thankfully, has been very low for the past couple of weeks! Knee pain only about #2 this morning. Still keeping it elevated. I got the Arnicare gel, but it didn't do a thing for me. Fortunately, the company has a money-back guarantee, so I'm getting that. Still using the Diclofenac (which only helps a little bit), but I haven't had to take a pain pill yesterday or today, PTL.
233.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations! Menu sounds delicious! I am having the same issue with the sudden switch to cooler weather. My prob is salads appeal less and carbs appeal more lol :) Nice you're seeing wellness rewards too!

Great job with your weight! Sorry, the Arnicare hasn't worked for you. It may depend on the person whether is works well or not. I know that with food, medications, teas, etc. Here's an example: When I have coffee, my skin dries out. My husband, mom, and most people can have coffee and it doesn't affect their skin. My mom is extremely sensitive to medications so she can only have a portion of the recommended amount that most can have the full amount. So sorry it didn't work for you!!
