Deb, I go up and down a bit daily but am using a week average. I know bodies fluctuate all the time. Not inspirational, I don't think. Just staying on my plan. I really can no longer eat enough to go over my calories most days. Eating junk food makes me sick to my stomach. Trying to get the exercise habit back,,
