Urgh!!!
My scale must be broken. I know I increased my water intake the last few days but not weight loss is getting to me. I need to stay positive so let's see what tomorrow brings.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK AND STAY FOCUSED!!
201.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
