Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. My doctor said two of my blood tests show that I had been exposed to a virus, not recently but in the past sometime. He spoke to me about my weight. I said I want to be 136 lbs by October 20. He said I am already at my normal weight, my hands and face show it. I said, but the calculators show I need to be 136 lbs to be in the normal healthy range. He said I probably have 5-10 pounds of extra skin, so I am already normal weight! He said he did not want me to lose any more weight. Well, I think 4 pounds less is not going to hurt me, so I'm still going to shoot for 136 lbs, but I just won't be worried now about how fast I get there. He also said that I need to eat super healthy because he does not want me to get any viral infection. I decided to use both scoops of my whey protein to double the calories and protein, although the price will be doubled every month. My health is worth it. I slept 8 hours last night by forcing myself to go to bed early. Doing good now. Thinking about all of you. Are you being good to yourself? You deserve better treatment!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think my doctor has seen those skin removal surgeries. I don't think my skin is that much. I think my body looks pretty good. But that might be my problem. I always thought I looked good, even when I weighed 60 pounds heavier. :blush:

Yes, it is a relief knowing that I don't have some horrible disease. Inflammation can strike any part of the body. It is so important to eat healthy. I am going to be super vigilant on choosing healthy foods. I choose healthy foods now, but I am going to watch my Vitamin C and B vitamins, etc. I started taking Vitamin D3 per doctor's order.

Thanks for the reminder, time to start the D3's. With the days getting shorter and colder, much less time out in the sun.
