Have been off fat secret for almost 3mths now I guess. Ws frustrated cz my weight wldnt budge despite a perfectly clean diet n of cz, there's only so low in terms of calories u cn go. Started working out again. Weight aside, I love sports and I tend to overdo it. I tend to push myself too hard in anything, and I kinda knew I ws working out n burning more calories than I ws taking in?? But... Guess what, aft 8 weeks of 5-6days/week of 1.5-2hr cardio cum strength training sessions.. My weight finally budged to 152'. Thn I fell sick this week, boo hoo hoo, stopped IF-ing and took a 6 day break from workout. Well, ws kinda forced to being stuck in bed with a High fever and lung infection grrrrrrr but day 7, coughing n spewing out flam, sorry TMI lol, I ran abt 7km today?? Woohoo.. Weight aside, working out just makes me happy so whatever. Haha
I'm sure I've revamped my body into a more fit n muscular one anyway.
Thinking of trying hcg since 500cal is no problem for me plus I'm used to working out nw so wonder where it'll take me dis time.. Gotta wait for Bac water fr USA tho so will probably only b able to start in a mth.
68-70kg ws always a set-point for me anyway, but once I get thru it, all will be good! Staying positive here lol

Glad to see that you're back! I was gone for some time too. Technology got me down...I keep losing my cell phones. LOL. I'll be here to cheer you on every step of the way!! :)
