The scale might not be showing a loss but my assessment at the gym sure did. In 30 days I have went from 43.5 to 41% body fat. I lost 5 inches overall.. I guess my body is trying to do a catch up. Also realized not enough fats.... So goal to watch that...Still sounds weird to me fats aren't high enough... Oh well I will take this as a progress...
