Really watched my food choices yesterday. Felt like I wanted to binge an hour before bed, but ate celery instead. A stalk or 2 makes my stomach quit complaining.

The DH is making more of an effort to quit offering whatever he is having. He is a grazer and eats all day long. He is about 20 lb over weight and carries it all in his gut. Dr. mentioned weight loss to him last week. I don't think that has ever happened to him before. He could always eat anything to his heart's content and not gain weight. Still, he has the high blood pressure and cholesterol numbers to deal with. I, on the other hand, even over weight, don't have those issues. Have a great and healthy day my FS friends. J
177.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
