A good chunk down again. Almost at my lowest weigh-in.
I am so tired today, I will not spend a whole lot of time journaling. Sorry guys.
Anyway, have a great day. Life is good!
234.1 lb Lost so far: 107.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
