I'm so wore out! My body is really sore. But, I'm still managing to do my three miles a day +.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you are worn out and sore maybe you need to give your body a rest day. My doc says 1 day in between if you are sore after that give it 2 days to recover, then back at it. She is a sports medicine doc and family practice.

I wanted to, but I'm afraid to break my routine. Im trying to make exercising a habit. shew, icy hot, hot shower, and more sleep helped a lot.

Your body also needs a break. Try strength, yoga, hula hoops, something different every other day or even 2 days a week if you don't want to break a routine.

I finally took one yesterday.. it was great advice. I feel so much better.
