I'm happy to have been maintaining 204 for a while now -- maintenance has always been my downfall -- but now I'm ready to start losing again. I've been doing well, food-wise, following a comfortable, lower-carb, reasonable-calorie approach, but I haven't been exercising much. That's the next step.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
