yea!! the weight loss begins anew! My husband and I are still fighting off these head-colds. Coughing, congestion and sinuses! Tired of feeling tired....But hey, the dog is feeling better! Back to her happy self. I've done ok with the diet part, but now I've got to get back to an excercise routine again. Crack the whip!
