I would think that weeding, walking, eating everything right, and cleaning would benefit more that one pound but no....that is not how my body is working this week. One pound is better than none though and I need meet my challenge goal.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 June 2011:

A pound down is better than a pound up. Just keep doing what you're doing and your body will catch up I'm sure. I'm still stable not up or down. The urge to splurge just to see whether the scale will move at all, even if its up is growing :)
