Yeeek.... I need to get back onto my FatSecret!!!
196.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yah, I have been a slacker and it SHOWS.... but new batteries are in my scale and the APP has been reloaded onto another phone... yup YUPP!!
