I'll use this headline in the future when i weigh in using my phone. I can't set the evaluation of the days efforts to 100%, but have to settle for "reasonable" instead.
Anyways, I reached another lowest weigh in again today. I'll be spending another day in the garden fixing it all up. It's getting to look really nice out there. And, of course, it's good exercise. Life is good!
233.2 lb Lost so far: 108.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
