Yesterday was a pretty actve day. I went to the lake with the kids and did a total of about 4 hours driving. I also managed to catch up the calories I was suppose to eat, but as a result I ended up consuming a lot more fat than I usually eat. Other than that I had a great work out and an overall great day.
To day I am suppose to consume 1742 calories. I will try to consume a little less fat.

Yesterdays work out
1 hour 20 minutes on the treadmill
lower body weights - 3 sets of 20 reps with 25 lb weights forward
lower body weights - 3 sets of 20 reps with 25 lbs weights backward
upper arm weights - 3 sets of 20 reps with 10 lb weights
100 crunches
50 leg raises on each side
3 sets of 20 raised push ups

Measurements
Body Fat% - 25.6
Muscle Mass% - 41.3
Body Water% - 56.6
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
