So there you go - from feeling frustrated and angry at my cheatin' ways, to thrilled that the weight is back down! Almost to that 5lb mark! That seems like so little, but when you've been staring at 240 every day for months and months, seeing 234 really does make you feel better!
234.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
