I feel like this week has been a bad week for exercise. The good thing is I am off for the next few days and will be able to get in a good work out each day. My busy schdeule has also made it a little more difficult to eat al the calories I am suppose to on the zig zag diet. All my food is low calorie, so I have to eat a lot more of it to get a lot of calories. I am usually full before I get to the calories I am suppose to eat for the day.

Oh, well I am going to keep with with the zig zag diet for another 2 weeks and we will see the total results. So far I have lost 2 pounds and I am eating more than I did before and coincidentally working out a little less.

So far I am 600 calories below what I should have eating this week. I want to try to make up for it, so I am going to try to eat 200 extra calories each day for the next 3 days. Today I am suppose to eat 1425, but I am going to try to 1625. Since I am off, I should be able to manage. We will see.

Time to get hydrated so I can jump on the treadmill. I am going to try for 4 miles this morning, then some lower body weights.

Bone Mass - 4.3 lbs.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
