Bought REAL unrefined, organic, cold-pressed coconut oil last night. We'll see if it breaks my new stall. Refined (LouAna) CO from Walmart broke my stall at 164 lbs, an old setpoint, but now I'm stuck again at 162.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
