I had A LOT of salt yesterday. I had chips and salsa for dinner and the chips were super salty but so good.


I now live with my scale. I felt like a junkie stepping on to check my weight. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

LOL. Jump back on your good gravy train. Have had quick crispy fried white corn tortilla this week. Crunchy was good. No salt added, didn't need it

You will knock that gain off in no time! Not like you had a few days of chips :)

Keep drinking water, it will soon all flush itself out. You will be ok.

Thanks guys! Did bump up the water and it payed off. Definitely want to try making my own chips,

You can actually cook them on top of the stove with a touch of oil or butter on a flat pan or pancake grill, or bake them. I wasn't too worried about the extra fat, just wanted crunchy.
