I seem to have hit statis. That will have to do for a while. Leaves are turning colour. Off to see if I can get a couple of grouse.
178.3 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nada. It's a little wet. If it clears up a bit, I'll be out to get some firewood. This time of year is non-stop here. When do you plan to start cutting?

I decided on Saturday that it's time to start cutting. Lowered my RDI to 2800 and will be adding some daily jump rope cardio. I have also gone back to the keto diet. I plan to CKD this time. Sunday will be my glycogen refill day where I eat lots of carbs! I'm excited about that! I found that since I started adding the sugar back this month I am experiencing a lot of joint pain that was not present when I was on keto. I was also experiencing times of low energy, which didn't happen when I was eating keto. So my decision was simple. How about you?
