goooooooood mornin...woke up at 3am...to do a morning workout ...but was feelin dizzy ...so went back to sleep...wasnt to hard to just drift back into that sleep mode..got up again an took a dizzy pill...even though sinuses are better...they are still lingering on...im guessing its gonna be a bad sinus summer...mine bother me from time to time...but usually in a few days they are better..they dont linger on like it has lately...im alittle sore this morning..but a good sore..not as sore as i expected...weight is still up just alittle..but not really to worried about it...my 40s that i am working into are snug, but i see hope in the future..an thats whats driving me to keep on lifting the weights and picking up the pace of working out with them...i did read an article yesterday that taking a few days off from lifting is good...gives your muscles time to recoup and that when you start lifting again..most times you come back lifting more then before...so my four days off last week...seemed to help in the gym yesterday...well...need to get up an make the bed...eat breakfast...have several errands to do this morning...suppose to be rain today...o boy...lol...could use some rain since its been so hot last couple of days...went from winter..to rainy spring..into hot summer...i really think its gonna be a hot summer this year with little to no rain..but we will see...well as always...have a greattttttttt day...

Hi Loosing! I am feeling mighty dizzy myself this morning and actually stayed home. Don't like calling in sick but my body couldn't do much of anything today.

thanks cathy and bren...cathy..your body knows best..you should listen to it...i know its hard to take time off...but in the end..it will pay off...your body will recover and then its up to you to keep your immune system at its peak...have a great day
