Accidentally mis-reported my weight yesterday - I put 245.4 and it was supposed to be 245.6. It is the same this morning. Didn't get in my fiber because I finished off the Chinese Casserole instead of eating my butter beans for dinner. Reduced calories to make up for bread indulgence on Thursday. Only had 1,365, which is the lowest of any day in the past 6+ weeks. Planning to just have 1,372 today. Praying my grandson eats all his cheesy eggs and bacon this morning, or I will be tempted to finish it off. I've always felt an obligation to finish any food left by my kids or grandkids. Weird, huh?

My daughter's husband (sorta) got some side work to do today and my daughter only works one day a week, but it is on Saturday, so I will be watching my grandson again today from 8:30-2:30. He wasn't feeling very well yesterday - complaining that it hurts when he swallows, and said his legs were tired, and had a runny nose. So, I made the judgment call to NOT go to the pool (which he was very sad about). We had a good time playing (his version) of Jenga, and trying to teach him how to ride a bike, and how to "pump" on the swings so nobody has to push him. Still more work to do in those areas.

Since we still have leftover roast beef, mashed potatoes and broccoli, my husband said to NOT get the pizza today. That's good. I'll be able to keep my calories much lower. Today, I'm going to make spaghetti for tomorrow, and maybe he will forget about wanting the pizza.

Lots to do (5:17am) before I have to leave to get grandson at 8am, so I better get busy. Those dishes aren't going to wash themselves!
245.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
