Last week I was bad with company and going out for meals. Plus then with being so busy less time spent at the gym. I really need to turn this around versus these excuses. Luckily somehow I only gained a pound.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
