Another re-start on Monday, 15 September. My own diet, which is basically anything I want to eat but only one serving (as in no going back for seconds), using a small plate, and eating food I either make or bring from home rather than eating out all the time.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

That is what I am doing. I find that with a family of 5 I do not have the funds to eat differently then they do. Nor do I have the funds to buy what I would really like to feed them. So I just cook what I have to as healthy as I can. Just portion control and try to stay away from alot of carbs.
