Not happy with the WI since I showed a maintain yesterday and followed the new program to the letter :(. not sure what's going on AGAIN.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Some people have problems on the new program and have to adjust. You have to watch the extra fruits. Some people think it's okay to eat as much as you want, but you only eat till satisfied. Did you start a new exercise program this week? (muscles can retain water). Did you drink all your water? (flushes out sodium and keeps you hydrated). Did you eat the extra points (not everyone can eat them and lose)? Are you clothes more loose? Some people see a fat loss but don't see it on the scale right away. If your notice your clothes more loose than that is an indication that the diet is working. Give it a couple more weeks and see what happens. Good luck!
