Seems like a big loss for five days, doesn't it?

I feel like I'm on track for August.

I've got the whole week of Labour Day off. I'm planning to go visit my Mom and Dad in Bobcaygeon for a few days. Can't wait to surprise them...especially if I'm as close to 160 as I hope I'll be!

This is the lightest I've been in almost ten years...
171.1 lb Lost so far: 56.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the great work and use the momentum...don't go overboard with losing fast but just follow the track you are on. Charts look great and you'll slowly make it down to that 130.
