I am somewhat in a rush today - going to our new garden and being picked up by friends in a minute or two. I just wanted to check in and record my weight this morning before I go.

I lost all the gained weight, and then some. New lowest weigh-in. Gotta love it.
Now off to do gardening and cut grass! Life is good!
236.8 lb Lost so far: 104.9 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
